My involvement in sport developed from a young age where I would compete in netball competitions. My interest in sport expanded when I studied Level 3 Sport and Exercise Science, where I really found my passion for sport, exercise and the body. During my first year at college I was given the opportunity to complete a massage course, where I qualified with a level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy.
Joining the gym several years ago has impacted my life greatly. Being a person who now regularly exercises has made me appreciate the importance of moving your body. Increasing your fitness levels has a beneficial impact on your overall health and well being, both physically and mentally.
As a Pilates Instructor and perfecting the exercises myself has added another dimension to my exercise regime, feeling flexible and strong is empowering and helps to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. As a person I am friendly and caring so its a great that I get to help people along their fitness journey too.
