Annemarie has been enthusiastic about staying active from a young age. Through experiencing injury herself and seeing family members struggle with theirs, she understands the effect that injury can have on day to day life. This led her into gaining a degree in Sports Therapy BSc at the University of Kent. During her time at University, Annemarie gained valuable experiences and knowledge that she now applies in her teaching here at Chilli Pilates.
Annemarie believes that Pilates can not only improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, but also helps to reduce stress and leaves you feeling as though you have achieved something after every session. Annemarie’s goal is to help you feel more confident in your body, by applying specifically tailored sessions to help you get the best treatment possible.
