After a 7-year career in sales Greg decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Having always undertaken some form of fitness regimen, he understands the positive impact that the pursuit of physical fitness can have on your general wellbeing. Equally he understands the negative impact that spending the working week in an office can have on your stress levels, posture & health.

Greg is passionate about helping his clients unlock their physical potential and he believes this is essential for getting more enjoyment and fulfilment out of life. Having experienced first hand how years of poor posture, imbalances & lower back pain can be corrected by incorporating Reformer Pilates into an exercise routine he wants to pass this knowledge on through training others.
