Annabel loves coaching clients to get their body back and get confident to feel like themselves again. She trained as a dancer but after graduating began to experience stress related seizures and was informed she would have to stop exercising. For the next 5 years she rehabilitated her body and mind and set her sights on further understanding how to improve the health and wellbeing of others.
She had from personal experience realised that there was more to feeling fitter than looking good on the outside. She wanted to empower her clients to be able to support their own health and wellbeing beyond their 1:1 sessions inside and out. She went on to become an accredited holistic coach supporting clients to recover from depression and anxiety, stop emotional eating and empower them to find motivation through any circumstances.

Her empathetic nature, high attention to detail and ability to coach others to understand their own bodies needs and requirements allows her to empower her clients to feel fitter, healthier and happier not only for a session but for a lifetime.
