Luke specialises as a Pilates instructor & Personal Trainer. He has extensive knowledge of competitive sport at an elite level with years of experience. He has competed at European & National level Athletics representing Great Britain & Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers Athletics Club. Luke has also competed at the Muller Diamond league Anniversary Games at the London Olympic stadium. In 2017 competing at the European Club Cup Championships, Luke came second in the U20mens 4x100m relay in Czech Republic, winning a silver medal for team GB. His discipline is sprinting in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m & 4x400m relays, He has also played national semi-professional Football at a high-level representing Hertfordshire.

He has a in depth understanding of the Human Body and a strong passion for all forms of sport. With his experience of training and motivation he can help you reach your goals, to transform and change your life with the benefits of Pilates, which is also a great boost for mental health & wellbeing.
