Having played football for the majority of his life, Billy understands the importance of keeping fit and active. Also having sustained numerous injuries over the years, he understands how frustrating it can be not being able to do what you love, and that is why Billy decided to pursue a career in Sports Therapy.
Billy combines his excellent knowledge of anatomy with Pilates exercises to help his clients recover from injuries, reduce pain and discomfort and help them achieve their goals. He also has a keen interest in Injury Diagnosis & Rehabilitation as well as other therapeutic modalities such as Sports Massage.
