A great benefit of your membership at Chilli Pilates is the ability to temporarily suspend while you are unable to attend classes. You can suspend your membership for a minimum of 4 weeks, up to a maximum of 11 weeks.
Please read the below important information guide so you can understand how the suspension works. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us by email and we will help guide you.
Unfortunately, you cannot. A membership suspension is designed for our members that are not attending classes during a suspension period.
In some cases it can be extremely beneficial to continue doing classes under the teacher’s guidance. Our team of instructors, PT’s and therapist are highly-educated and well-experienced to diagnose, treat and prevent injuries. So why not consult your teacher on the best course of action.
Yes, if you are not planning on attending classes for at least the minimum suspension term of 4 weeks, you can apply for a suspension. Alternatively, you can simply use the extra class credits to book extra classes before or after your holiday.
We strongly recommend you speak to your teacher about attending classes during pregnancy. At Chilli Pilates we advise that you do not attend classes during your first trimester (first 12 weeks). If you wish to exercise in the second and third trimester, please speak to your teacher who will be able to advise and guide you. Due to the unknown nature of the suspension term during and after pregnancy, please speak to us when applying and we can adjust accordingly.
