- Fair usage policy: Class absences or late notice cancellations (within 24hrs) in excess of 3 per month will incur a £5 penalty charge. All penalty fees will be charged automatically each month.
- A maximum of 2 classes can be pre-booked per day.
- Your unlimited membership can be terminated via your online Chilli Pilates account at any time. No minimum notice period is required.
- Unlimited memberships cannot be suspended.
- Your unlimited membership cannot be used as a shared membership, any existing shared membership access will be removed once your unlimited membership is setup.
- If you upgrade with a friend or family member we will reduce both your monthly membership fees by £5 every month.
- No classes, time or monetary value will be carried over into future months.
- Your monthly membership fee will be charged automatically on or around the same date each month from the debit or credit card stored on your account.
- Your unlimited membership cannot be transferred to other members or non-members.
- Your unlimited membership cannot be exchanged or transferred for any other value or product.
- All prices are subject to an annual increase.

NOTE: If you sign-up to our unlimited membership you can choose from the following options to use-up your ‘unused 2020 membership credits’;

– Exchange 4 credits for 50min 1 on 1 Pilates, Personal Training and/or Therapy sessions (book via your Chilli Pilates app).

– Gift your unused credits to a friend or family member.
