Membership Terms & Conditions

Lifetime Discount:

• You will retain a 10% discount for the full duration of your continuous membership.
• Upgrade or downgrade your membership and 10% discount will be retained and applied to your new membership fee.
• Discount will cease upon termination of your membership and can not be reinstated.

Membership:

• Your monthly membership fee will be charged automatically on the same date each month from the debit or credit card stored on your account.
• Membership includes 1-3 weekly recurring class bookings.
• You can purchase extra classes at any time for just £16.
• Any unused class credits associated with your membership will expire at the end of each payment month.
• No classes, time or monetary value will be carried over into future months.
• By overusing our class waitlist system you can accrue unpaid visits in excess of your 10 class per month allowance.
• Any unpaid classes in excess of your 10 class per month allowance will be charged automatically at £16 from the debit or credit card stored on your account.
• All class bookings are subject to a 2 hour cancellation policy i.e. a class that is cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time cannot be rescheduled.
• Class absences or late notice cancellations (within 2hrs) in excess of 2 per month will incur a £10 penalty charge. All penalty fees will be charged automatically.
• A maximum of 2 classes can be pre-booked per day.
• Your membership can be used to attend classes in Gerrards Cross or online studio only.
• Includes FREE access to our library of online workouts.
• All membership fees are non-refundable or transferable.
• Your membership cannot be transferred to or shared with other members or non-members.
• Your membership can be terminated via your online Chilli Pilates account at any time with no minimum notice period required.
• Memberships cannot be suspended.
• All prices are subject to an annual increase.
