Membership Consultant

Our mission at Chilli Pilates is for our members to feel fitter, healthier and happier through first-class Reformer Bed Pilates classes and one-to-ones. We are looking for individuals who share the same passion to engage with our local community and spread the word about who we are and what we do. Our premium studios are located in Welwyn Garden City, Harpenden, Potters Bar, Bushey and St Albans.

A Chilli Pilates Membership Sales Consultant receives:

• A basic starting salary of £16,500 – £20k per annum.
• Performance related pay increases
• An uncapped commission structure to reward your performance

• 6 weeks Sales academy training to set you up for success.

• 1:1 support from your Sales Manager.

• Shift pattern (this role requires the jobholder to work evenings and weekends across multiple sites).
