Tom has always been a massive sport enthusiast and has enjoyed playing sport, such as football, from an early age. After returning from travelling, Tom decided to pursue a new career in health and fitness and has since gained his Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications.

Tom is continuing to learn and widen his knowledge in the field of sports & exercise and is currently studying towards his Level 4 Personal Training qualification.

Tom’s goal as a Personal Trainer is to help members achieve and exceed their fitness goals as well as helping everyone to experience the benefits exercise can have on the body, both physically and mentally.
