Sammy has a background as a ballet dancer where she trained under the Australian Ballet’s International Junior programme. Ballet dancing introduced Sammy to Reformer Pilates over 10 years ago, as she undertook private Reformer Pilates tuition to improve her ballet technique, strength and flexibility. After dancing, singing, acting and teaching professionally in Australia, Sammy moved to London to explore other opportunities and see the world.
Sammy decided to undertake a Personal Training course after leaving the travel industry, as her underlying passion for health, fitness and movement was burning strong. She completed her Advanced Diploma in Personal Training with YMCA, also obtaining HIIT training, Suspension training, Padworks and Level 3 Exercise Nutrition.
Working at Chilli Pilates is a dream come true for Sammy as she is able to combine her passion for Pilates, fitness and movement with her skills as a former ballet dancer, and current personal trainer.
Sammy specialises in flexibility, technique and weight-loss, she thoroughly believes that movement is medicine and loves to help people work to change and improve their bodies and health.
