Olivia has always had a sporty background stemming from her involvement in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading from a young age. Since starting university she has developed an interest in many other sports, one being football where she has volunteered as a sports therapist for the past two years, developing her passion for the health and well-being of the body.
Olivia works with the mindset of prevention rather than reaction and works to strengthen the body and mind in order to maintain health and limit the likelihood of pain and injury from occurring. One way in which Olivia ensures to do this is by taking a holistic approach to therapy by involving education on other aspects of an individual’s health such as sleep and the ways in which simple life changes can make a difference.
