Fitness has been a constant throughout Luke’s life, from karate training since he was 5 years old, to competing in competitive swimming galas. Luke believes that once you find confidence in your body and its abilities, that confidence will reflect in all aspects of life.
Luke specialises in integrating his 15 years martial art knowledge into training sessions. Guiding you to achieving your goals whilst learning a new skill and experiencing a unique aspect of fitness. Through sport massage he can also release muscle tightness improve flexibility and aid in injury rehab.
Luke understands how exercise confidence can be an overlooked issue in a huge number of people. Through 1-1 sessions Luke can help to build strength in the body, leading to strength in the mind.
