Jono has been involved within the world of sport and fitness from a young age. He started playing football at the age of 5, and played throughout his teenage years playing at a very high level within various academies. Growing up, Jono’s interest for sport only grew as he studied Sport Studies at both GCSE and A Level. From here Jono went and obtained a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Essex. 

It was whilst University that Jono’s passion for health and fitness grew as he started regularly attending the gym. Noticing changes both in his health, fitness and general wellbeing, Jono became fixated on the idea that he wanted to become a personal trainer post University.

Once graduated, Jono gained his Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications and joined the team here at Chilli. Jono is approachable, fun, and a caring individual who is keen on helping anyone reach their goals. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or just to live a happier, healthier lifestyle.
