Sports and Fitness has been a passion for Ish since a young boy, having had the desire to improve his health and fitness. Through following his interests in strength training and body transformations, he graduated college with a level 3 in personal training and sports massage therapy. From his own personal journey, Ish has gained experience through his own body transformation, from this he has gained the knowledge to help individuals remodel their bodies catered to their desires.
His wide interest in fitness, has led him to explore various training techniques, such as powerlifting, boxing, strength and conditioning.
Ish is a mindful character when helping clients with mobility and functionality, whilst understanding the importance of these aspects of fitness he aims to encourage those to improve their overall health for everyday life.
