1 on 1 sessions offered by Grace:
Grace was a dancer for 15 years prior to joining Chilli, where she discovered her passion for movement and strengthening through a variety of exercises. She loved both performing and teaching Dance, as this allowed her to explore movement through her own body as well as her students. This helped build her confidence with teaching classes and hopes this will shine through at Chilli Pilates.
After graduating with a BSc in Sports Therapy from the University of Hertfordshire, with a year’s experience in the USA, Grace has developed lots of knowledge of the body and how to strengthen it to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She believes that regular movement through Pilates will help both with physical and mental health through strengthening, posture control and flexibility!
