Amanda has always had a passion for sports, training and competing in Martial arts from a very young age. As this passion grows further, she continues to pursue her career within the fitness industry here at Chilli Pilates! Having completed her Sports Therapy degree at the University of Kent, she has worked alongside a Rugby team and within various Sport Therapy Clinics working with both athletes and the general public. With her previous experience working as a Fitness Instructor, Amanda is knowledgeable on the benefits of exercise and movement for the body for injury rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as for general functioning of the body.
Amanda can assess, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate injuries. Amanda can improve posture, health and get individuals fit for life through the use of movement and exercise. Using the Pilates classes and 1-1’s, she aims to help individuals to achieve their goals, get a deeper understanding of their body and improve the functioning of the body to its optimal level. Most importantly, she ensures her classes and 1-1 sessions are as fun and enjoyable as much as they are beneficial. Amanda thrives off seeing progress and always aims to get individuals reaching their full potential.
