What to expect from our online classes:
– All online classes are 55 minutes long and are streamed using ZOOM – Download ZOOM
– Our online classes combine live instruction with pre-recorded exercise demo’s, offering you both visual and audible cues to ensure you complete each exercise safely with the correct technique.
– You’ll receive support and guidance from your live Instructor; giving you personalised corrections and feedback with progressions and regressions offered throughout.
