Build up your confidence with a 1 on 1 ‘intro to Pilates’

Our Pilates classes are designed to support attendees with a range of different abilities, but we recognise that some new members would benefit more from some 1 on 1 sessions prior to transitioning into our classes. So, if you are new to Reformer Pilates or if you have any existing injuries or health concerns that might restrict you when exercising then please book yourself in for our 1 on 1 ‘intro to Pilates’.

What is a 1 on 1 ‘intro to Pilates’ session?

It is a 50min session with one of our fantastic instructors designed to familiarise you with the Pilates Reformer Bed. You’ll learn how to setup your Reformer Bed and practice all fundamental exercises, it really is the perfect way to start if you are new to Pilates.
