Abs Teaser is one of the more challenging exercises that we teach in our classes, and when executed properly it is a brilliant exercise for strengthening and toning the tummy muscles, strengthening the posture muscles in the back, and for promoting a long and healthy spine. There are lots of different variations to this exercise that can make the Pilates Teaser easier or harder, this makes it a great exercise for us to teach in class because everyone can practice the variation that suits there own ability!
