Sara has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 10 years. Sara then went on to get a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Rehabilitation. From Sara’s personal experience with Pilates through the years she feels that Pilates can improve the physical wellbeing of every individual through challenging and strengthening exercise to those who want to improve posture, mobility and body shape.
As a therapist Sara has had the opportunity to work in sports injury clinics where she dealt with not only sports injuries but people with various musculoskeletal complaints such as back pain, arthritis, occupational injuries and pain from postural deformities. As a therapist Sara specialises in finding the source of pain and treating it with manual therapy and tailored home exercise prescriptions.
