Ria has grown up tackling any sport or activity she could, including gymnastics, horse riding, swimming, sprinting and boxing. With her passion for fitness and inability to keep still, she went on to complete her Level 3 Personal Training & Nutrition qualifications. She has been in the fitness industry for 3 years now, working in public gyms, teaching various fitness and circuit classes, as well as having experience in 1-2-1 client sessions.
Since joining Chilli Pilates, Ria has gained masses of knowledge on knowing the body and how important flexibility, mobility and overall health is. Ria specialises in weight loss, fitness, strengthening of muscles, toning and flexibility. She also has a passion for nutrition and the correct fuelling of our bodies. With her bubbly and upbeat personality, she strives to make every class or 1-2-1 session as enjoyable and fun as possible.
