As a young boy Matt was always interested in sport. During his time in secondary school and sixth form he was always a sporty student who took all the sports classes and played for different teams. He has played football since the age of 5 and continued that throughout university and even now still plays.
Matt’s love of sport and curiosity of the injuries he had seen during participation led him to his path of studying Sports Therapy at Coventry University.
As a recent graduate of Sports Therapy at Coventry University Matt spent the last year working with a development football team within Watford FC as their sports therapist. This involved a lot of sports massage, taping, pitch side first aid and rehabilitation programs.
After seeing and treating a variety of injuries and client concerns within the university clinic and pitch side it has continuously driven his passion to help others and improve their wellness, this has led him to wanting to become a member of Chilli Pilates and helping members on a new chapter of his journey.
