Since her early years Hannah has always had a keen interest in sport and exercise. Especially in looking at how the best performance can be achieved. As a hockey player Hannah is always physically active and she believes her Pilates has helped her achieve a new standard in her game as well as in her day to day health, mobility and flexibility. Originally trained as a Sports Therapist Hannah has an in depth knowledge of the body and how it works making her classes not only good hard fun but also safe and conscious of any injury you may have.
Hannah’s main role in the company is as cover teacher, she is also part of the Member Support Team, in both roles she aims to help you have the best experience at Chilli Pilates.
