With a passion for running and the outdoors from a young age, after graduating Emma began her career in the recruitment industry which left limited time for keeping fit and well. After Emma had her second child, Emma went on her own journey to improve her physical wellbeing but also wanted to be fitter and stronger in her new role as a mum, this included training for a half marathon and 100km London to Brighton challenge.
After facing her own post natal challenges with getting back to fitness and restoring her core strength Emma decided that she wanted to be in a position to offer help to others in reaching their goals and decided to change career and enter the fitness industry.
Emma is dedicated to being the best fitness professional that she can be so is Level 3 qualified in personal training and exercise referral. As well as having qualifications in nutrition and weight management, suspension training, kettle bells and pre and post natal exercise and nutrition.
After attending reformer Pilates classes as a client and feeling the benefits after just a few classes Emma became keen to add reformer Pilates teaching into her skill base! Emma’s approaches her classes with warmth and enthusiasm but certainly isn’t afraid to give people a challenge.
Emma likes to make one to one sessions fun incorporating a range of functional equipment improving overall strength, balance and raising that heart rate!
