Billy has been awarded a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition, Diet and Lifestyles from Sheffield Hallam University. He has further obtained a Level 3 Personal training qualification. By using these skills, he can help to educate and build sustainable knowledge for clients whilst on their personal journey.
Billy recognises the positives of Pilates, which will bring mind and health status to any individual and can further apply itself into personal training- getting the best out of anybody!
Chilli Pilates helps to expand Billy’s knowledge and understanding into the anatomy of the body which will be implemented in sessions with clients. Billy specialises in nutritional guidance; including weight loss, muscle gain, sustainable muscle maintenance and improving technique both within Pilates and personal training.
