Since graduating with a 1st Class honours in Exercise, Health and Nutrition and a Masters in Sports Therapy, Anika has been practising as a Sports Therapist, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries.
From an early age Anika has had a dedicated passion for sports and wellbeing. After graduating she worked in various sports therapy clinics providing her with extensive experience in diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating sporting injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
As a Member of the Society of Sports Therapists (MSST) she continues her professional development to extend her knowledge and experience. She has had the opportunity to work for various clubs and events providing 1st aid assistance and also providing successful exercise rehabilitation programs and treatment for injured athletes to assist in optimising their fitness.

Having worked in private practice, she has been able to treat a wide range of sports individuals from many different disciplines as well as the general public, resulting in diverse clinical skills.
During her time away from the clinic and working she has a passion for football, enjoying keeping fit, travelling and enjoys being creative with various textiles projects.
